You should expect your piece to look exactly like the picture or whatever we've agreed to.  We will also offer free private online fittings and consultations, before you place your order.

Currently, we are averaging two to four weeks to create, make, and ship your piece of Haute Chocolate.  We will provide you with an accurate estimate on your invoice.

We will provide you with a fit guide specific to your piece of Haute Chocolate, and you will have the option to schedule a free online fitting.

No worries, we provide all of our customers with a lifetime of FREE alterations.  Simply ship your piece to us, we'll fix the issue and pay for the return shipment back to you!  Because each item is custom made, we cannot provide refunds or exchanges.
